Center for Academic Excellence (CAE)

At the Center for Academic Excellence (CAE), our faculty teaches students to think critically about their writing and learning. Through individualized consultation, supplemental instruction, and the humanities, we foster collaborative learning and effective, compassionate communication.

Enrollment Management

The Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) is committed to serving MUSC students from application through graduation. OEM provides personalized, streamlined, and highly accessible admissions, financial aid, financial literacy, and registration processes to provide excellent support to our students while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

MUSC Libraries

As a major biomedical information resource and partner in the mission of the Medical University of South Carolina, the Library promotes the advancement of research, education, and patient care for MUSC and the state of South Carolina.

To this end, the Library supports the creation of new knowledge, the education of health professionals, lifelong learning, timely access to information, informed health care decisions, as well as preserving the historical record of the Campus and health professions in South Carolina.

Writing Center

Writing Center faculty meet with students individually to develop writing skills.  Students writing course projects, papers for publication, applications for academic programs, and resumes or curriculum vitae are welcome to schedule an appointment.

University Honor Code

The University Honor Code both promotes and requires an atmosphere of trust in which students tell the truth, live honestly, advance on individual merit, and demonstrate deep respect for others in the academic, clinical, and research communities. The Honor Code is administered by and for the members of the MUSC community, and it depends on cooperation and support from each community member.
