Apartment Inventory Checklist

Use the checklist below to take detailed notes on the condition of the apartment at the time of move-in and move-out. Before moving anything in, conduct a thorough video walkthrough and take photos of each room, noting any wear and tear.

If there is anything that needs repair when you move in, submit your request via email and include your photos. Save the email as a PDF to reference later if needed.
